Country flags (Roviko 1.22 and later)

The flag images in /flags/ are the renders collected in svg-country-flags 1.2.10
(https://github.com/hjnilsson/country-flags, author Hampus Nilsson), published as public domain (licence: PD).

From that project's README: "The source files were taken from Wikipedia and are not under copyright
protection since flags are effectively in public domain (there may be other restrictions on how the
flag can be used though)."

Roviko optimised the vector files (svgo) and renders flags with a detailed coat of arms as a WebP inside
an SVG with the same proportions (scripts/import-flags.mjs). The artwork itself is unchanged.
National flags and emblems may be protected by other laws in some countries (for example against misuse
or commercial use as a trademark); Roviko shows them only to identify countries in a geography game.
